HOW TO USE: 5-6 sprays twice a day rubbed into the body – legs, arms, hips and tummy are good spots. If you have a particularly painful spot spray direct to relieve the soreness. Do not use on broken skin. Some may experience tingling at first which indicates a magnesium deficiency, the oil will raise levels quickly so after a few day there will be no reaction. If the tingling is annoying use less product or spray on the top of the feet which is a less sensitive area.
