A luxurious concentration of magnesium chloride with rich oils.  Pat well into the skin, if you have a particularly painful area pat the cream in several times a day allowing the magnesium to absorb into the skin and relieve the pain.   Patting gives better results than rubbing, the pores open easier for faster absorption.   This cream may assist in the relief of pain associated with arthritis, rheumatism, headaches, back pain and muscular tension.   Pattted over the ovary area it is helpful in relieving period pain.
